Dammm, we wanted to return on Sept 29th. Guess I'll buy one way out and either buy a return later, or perhaps just not return. Now there's a thought

does it work out much dearer doing it that way - or have you not booked that way before

Doesn't make any difference at all.

easyJet prices are all "one ways". It all depends on the day of travel, so if you're flexible, out on Tuesday, back on Monday for example is often a good deal.

Yes, flexibility is the key. Try going out with one airline and back on another, you can really get some good deals that way. A few weeks ago Monarch were offering a flight to Faro on the 10th December for £6.99! I couldn't believe my eyes.
