What to do in November

Post by loretta »

My Husband won a compeition for one week holiday in the algarve, him and a friend are coming out on sunday and they are staying at Quinta Do Lago.
My questions are, are there any events going on in the algarve at this time, they have are car so travelling isnt a problem. is there any football matches in the new stadium?
In cvo does anyone know if happys and the angel are open.

One last thing what is the weather normally like at that time of year, is it shorts weather during the day and does anyone know of a website that has long range weather for the algarve region.
thanks very much in advance.

There was a really useful post a while back about a website with info on sporting events. I think it was www.portugal-sport-and-adventure.com

www.quintadolago.com and www.valedolobo.com might help if they don't know the area

SC Farense and Louletano use Estadio Algarve for their fixtures.

It has been pretty well clear skies for the last 4 weeks, and not much sign of it breaking. Temps up to 25 C, so shorts weather. Can only hope it stays this way for a bit longer.
