tourist licence

Can anyone tell me how we go about applying for a tourist license my husband spoke to our solicitor last week and she said we will need to get an architect so we are a little confused

If you have a spare hour or two to read it, try this link: viewtopic.php?t=8310 As far as I can see at the moment, and our lawyer seems to agree, don’t rush to do anything as the position will be clarified “soon” - however long that may be in Portugal!
