We have a very nice PENTHOUSE appartement TO LET longterm in CARVOEIRO. This is a privat ad no real estate agent !
The appartement is T2 (2 Bedroom) and two terrace (one sea view) and a big living. there are 2 bathroom both with window. build in cupboards in the bedrooms. (togeth. 100 sqm)
50 metres to beach.
We are only renters too, and we are going to move to an other country within the next two weeks so its sort of urgent now and we need somebody who want to overtake our rental contract. The monthly rent is EUR 600.

Wir sind auch nur Mieter und müssen einen Nachmieter finden, da wir in ein anderes Land ziehen werden. Wer möchte unseren Mietvertrag übernehmen.
