Long Term Villa rental/purchase needed
Hi,
We are a family looking to rent a Villa/Town house in this area.
Our two boys (4-7) go to the international school at Porches, so an area 10/15minutes drive from there would be ideal.
We have been living in the Algarve for a year and have been let down with a development and can’t purchase the Villa we planned to.
Ideally the property would be 3-4 bedrooms with a pool; furnished or unfurnished (we do have our own furniture – that could be put into storage)
Money is not a problem and we can put down deposits and or rental in advance. (But please no tourist prices)
Also we can be flexible on confidentiality (ref: recent renting laws) and look after and show the property to potential buyers if the Villa is for sale. (We would need a couple of Months notice if the property is sold)
We are also obviously looking to purchase another property in the area in time as well.
Ideally a newer property without much work needed, in the right area 3-4 bedrooms (with pool).
We would be a cash buyer without another property to sale with a price range 400,000 to 500,000 euros. So we could move quickly.
I hope this post is ok moderator, because I’m not looking for a holiday rental. I live here and I’m looking for help from my fellow ex pat community.
