Tax Correct Address

Having submitted our Portuguese tax return on 7th March to Sovereign, and requesting an update and a draft of the return today (heard nothing since 7th March). We are now being asked for our our "tax correct address" so that Sovereign can access our pin number! Now all this has been via email and after trying to call Sovereign, they have all gone home. Bearing in mind we are non resident but have PIF cards and they have been doing our returns for the last 4 years, what is the "tax correct address" and I've never come accross a pin number! They also have our fiscal representative on file as well. Any help appreciated over the weekend. Thanks

Perhaps, as you are non-resident, they mean your address in the UK? Again, perhaps the PIN number they're requesting is because they are trying to do your tax returns via the net. If that's so, the PIN number has to be requested at the tax office by you.
