Programme to slash bureaucracy

Now Martin and all those like me that are interested in the following..please pinch me because am I am dreaming or what...............
PORTUGUESE PRIME Minister José Sócrates will announce a programme of measures designed to cut red tape and bureaucracy. The measures, which will be announced this month, promise to streamline public adminstration and improve the life of both citizens and businesses.
