Chip and Pin

Post by Dalcassian »

We are using the new Chip and Pin technology here in Ireland for Visa Card. This is the system where the chip on your card is read by the swipe type machine in the resturants and shops. Then you have to enter your 4 digit PIN number.
Is it in use in Portugal yet?
