Housekeeper/cleaner required for apartment in Carvoeiro

I have a friend with a 3 bedroom apartment near the main square in Caroeiro. He lives in London and goes there for occassional holidays.
He wants to start renting out the apartment as a holiday let with guests staying one or two weeks.

He is looking for somebody local, reliable and trustworthy who can meet guests when they arrive and give them the keys, then on their departure, to clean the apartment and the towels and bed linen.
