IMI charges in Lagoa reduced
The IMI taxes on property will reduce in 2006 in the municipality of Lagoa. The reductions translate to 0,1% on old buildings and 0,075% on urban properties already evaluated under the Código do Imposto Municipal Sobre Imóveis (Code of Municipal Property Tax).
The measure was voted in the Municipal Assembly meeting on 21st November, through a proposal approved unanimously in the Municipal Council. The voting resulted in 26 votes in favour by the PSD and PS and an absention from the CDU.
