Just a small point - if you do not speak Portuguese it may be better to phone the general emergency number 112, where the operators are multi-lingual.

Might it be worth putting the location (town or city)of the various embassies, consulates, etc., otherwise should anyone not familiar with the Algarve might think they are all in CVO (I know the phone numbers show otherwise)
