Biking Trails

HI everybody,
Hoping to be coming to the Algarve in April and whilst there would like to do some mountain biking and wondered if there was such a thing as a map of cycle trails or something similar as we would prefer to be off road, also will be hiring our bikes over there, thanks for now.
