How does one get ones money from agents that do not wish to honour there rentals agreements !

Is this an agency that promised occupation but didn't fulfill so to speak. If it is then don't use them again but read the small print. One of the reasons we never use an agency under any circumstances, albeit they are not all bad and some are very good. I would use an agency if approprite but only if they had a bona fide booking and the guests were vetted. Other than that would rather leave it empty. Be interested to know the agency and sorry I can't help more. Mike, Chislehurst
