FOREIGN DRIVERS
Well after reading much about local drivers, what about foriegn drivers, saw one fellow in an english plated car, he was sitting in the passenger seat driving with one of those plastic toy steering wheels (i think),
trying to overtake.

it's an ethnic thing
The Germans drive like they are leading a panzer charge through the low
lands of Europe.
The English drive as if the only "proper" way to drive is on the left.
The Dutch with their sense of political tolerance drive in the middle of the
road so not to offend the "left or the "right."
The Americians drive like they are trying to see all of Europe on a
weekend.
As for the Portuguses drivers no comment, I have been through that all
ready.
P.S. They say that imitation is the highest form of flattery, thank you.
Remember sad sam's "local drivers".
