long term rent needed

Is there anyone out there who can help us with a long term rental? We are hoping to move to CVO in Jan/Feb 2005, but need a aptmt/villa to rent for approx 1 year. We would ideally like a 2/3 bed, to enable our children to visit us. We are a middle age couple, non smokers and no pets, and would ideally like to be central CVO, but open to offers.

Hi, Thunderbolt, i have had an email from your friend, is the villa at Rocha Brava ? If so thats him. It does indeed sound lovely and have been on the web site to have a look at the exact place for the address he gave us. Dont know when we will be able to get out to visit though due to work and business commitments, have tried to e-mail him back twice but keeps getting returned. Would you let him know please, as it sounds just right. Only worry is someone else will snatch it up before we can arrange flights etc to come and see it.

No that won't be him. My friend had an apartment in the centre of Carvoeiro.

i again Thunderbolt, would still like to hear from him regards rental if you manage to speak to him. Centre of CVO would be better for us, but as we are open to all offers, and time is getting short we must think about coming out there to view whatever we can. Really need to know how much he will charge as we have to sell our home here 1st, before we come out to live. Definatly burning the bridges and staying for good. The house prices here have rocketed past months, nearly 4 times what we paid for ours, but Malcolm is also wanting to work as a locksmith once we are out there too. May consider going ''mobile'' from home.
