Restaurant in Portamao?

A couple of years ago,we were told of a "New" restaurant in Portamao, it was on the end of the stone jetty, and had an upstairs and a downstairs. Apparently one half of the restaurant was very expensive but the other half was very reasonable.Our friends were very impressed with the meal,and the price.
Does anyone know the name of it?

Is that the one in praia de rocha marina or the one on the front near the clube de velha (yacht club)
If you tell me location, should be able to give you the name. Does sound like the one at marina though - let me know

The last restaurant at the very end of teh Marina de Portimão is Dockside. Specializes on seafood, a bit pricy. Has a couple of tables with a beer tap in the centre, you serve yourself and pay by the litre - very cool, but also very dangerous
