Villa Andre, Seismarias

Does anybody know this four bed villa please? It's one that Monarch, amongst others, have in their brochure. Nothing on Tripadvisor, or indeed anywhere that I can find, by way of reviews. I'd be grateful for any info/opinions. Thanks.

Any clues as to where in Sesmarias?

Brochure simply says Lote 19 - no help for Google Earth etc.

As an area it is approx 3-4km NW of the centre, the local landmark is the water tower.

Sorry, can't really help : one of the sites says its 500m from a restaurant so i wonder if its on the "Sesmarias Clube" development ( just a development area , no actual Club)....if so, there is a mini market, couple of cafes and 3 restaurants within walking distance.....but, as EMM says, about 4kms from Carvoeiro. It will have inland views. Nice, quiet area.....coastal walks about 15 mins on foot, 5 mins in car....but can't help on exact whereabouts.
