Small brown and white dog

Yes, it (not sure if it's he or she) turned up at our hose a couple of days ago. Quite a young dog medium sized,brown and white,very short tail,longish coat, sort of fluffy ears and light coloured eyes. It has a collar so belongs to someone and has probably been missing for a couple of weeks as it's very thin and dirty. It probably came from the L'orange resturant,solferias,vila nova area.
