I wonder if any of you techno wizards out there can help with this please?

I am in Carvoeiro every month or so and have to bring my laptop with me so I can continue to work while I'm there. It's a pain because of luggage restrictions etc.

I am considering buying another laptop to leave in Cvo. permanently and I'm looking for a way to bring my 'desktop' with me each visit, including email folders etc. on a piece of software, and then take it back to the UK with me, plug it into my UK laptop and update that and so on and so on with each trip.

Does such software exist or is there another simple way of doing this?

Depending how big your desktop is you might get it on a large flash drive or failing that you could replicate it on a small external hard drive and bring that out with you.

Thanks guys, 2 good ideas...

I'll research the separate hard drive and call Logmein on Monday; both solutions seem feasible.
