Does anybody know what the situation ref CGT is for the following scenario...Appreciate any advice...
Now living in Algarve with a commercial (Shop) in UK...owned for the last 8years and now wishing to sell and will show a Capital Gain....
If I pay UK CGT....how much would that be (%)
If I stay out of UK for 5 years I beleive I will not be liable to CGT in UK....but will I be liable here in the Algarve ?? and if so how much (%)
Any experts out there...??
