Theatre

Can anyone tell me, if the 'Algarveans' theatre co. is still operating in Algarve?
I used to see them advertised in 'The News' I think. But haven't had the paper for some time.
I remember --when we were resident---talking to Geraldine of Smilers about them --I believe she was a member of the group and at that time was appearing in a Christmas show.
I only ask--as I wonder if there will be any plays on during our May holidays?
Anyone have any idea please?
Thanks :) ----Ellie

yes they are still going...perform mostly in lagos..but sadly those that renovated the theatre didnt put in correct drains..hence the dressing rooms are flooded with sewage....gives a new meaning to a stinking performance 8)

You are still laughing Pammie,
The vision of you, over an ironing board keeps getting in the way
of my watching Emmerdale?
Just a pity I'm too small for such shenanigans, although was surprised by a police officer in a car park in my younger days :D

Now come on girls, you mean to say that you have never known the thrill of a policeman's torch shining in your face :D
