please could someone give me a recommendation for a good villa management company and roughly what we should be paying monthly for a four bed villa with gardener and pool man

our pool man charges us 50 euros per month for which we get 2 visits per week during the summer & 1 visit per week during the winter.we have a guy named nelson de lagos who looks after our villa & is a really friendly helpful guy who speaks very good english.his charges work on a scale depending how little or how much you want him to do.his elder brother is edgar de lagos who owns EDL estate agents in carvoeiro so you can see he is part of a well respected family in the area this is his moile number +351 916661808 his e mail addres is info@investefirme.com. just tel him alf marshall from monte servo has recomended him.
