A couple of nights

A friend of mine is coming to Carvoeiro on 14th August but his apt will not be ready untill the 16th. Does anyone know of somewhere they could stay for those 2 nights. I know it's a long shot in August but it worked for me a few years ago when a very nice dutch lady offered us her place at Monte Carvoeiro in similar circumstances.
