Portuguese Nominee Company

Has anyone transferred the ownership of property from a white listed jurisdiction to a Portuguese Nominee Co? There appears to be some benefit in making the transfer, but before I seek advice from my tax planning Co I need to do more research and would like to hear from anyone who has already tgone down this route or researched the subject ?
