Hi ive just joined and wanted to give our familes review on restaurants.
We have two sons 12 and 15 so have to think of them also we eating out.

We ate at the mistral and it was brilliant the picana was a great dish with fried banana and huge salad the meat is very tasty and the alfresco style dining is a nice change for the family.

Mona lisa was also really good, there pizzas are great as is mumma mia simple italian food and well priced!

We tried the monte carv indian and must agree it has gone down hill, as have the chinease all three are not great. The dishes at taj mahal seemed to have all the same sauces and the meat was under cooked such a shame as it was a good a few years back.

My sons were keen to try bojangles for there american burgers, we couldnt fault there either, they loved the godfather burgers and my wife and i had the home made cod and chips. Ive tried happys and i would say the fish and chips at bojangles was a much bigger portion and better value like at home.

We always return to casa algarvia as it has quality dishes and quite cheap, i love the steak and the fish there is also good, as is the wine.

So thats my report for this year. Look forward to trying more places next year..
