Weather and Restaurants
Hi,
Sorry that this is a boring question.
My wife and I are taking our first trip to Carvoeiro in Mid-October. Can anybody tell me what type of weather we should expect i.e. should we pack sweaters for the evening etc.
Also if anyone can reccomend a couple of nice restaurants and bars it would be much appreciated.
Thank you

Hi Lazy days and welcome.
October should still be pretty hot through the daytime, but a sweater/light jacket for the evenings is advisable just in case.
Before you get inundated with restaurant/bar suggestions, perhaps you could clarify a few points so that the suggestions are more relevant for you, such as
What sort of food do you enjoy?
Will you have a car / happy to use taxis/want to walk and in which case where are you staying?
What sort of price range are you looking for?
Do you want plush/romantic or lively with atmosphere?
There are, I believe, over 100 restaurants in and around CVO all with their own particular benefits/drawbacks, and I am sure you will get some excellent feedback if you can give a bit more info.
Have a great time (you cannot fail to - it is a great month to visit)
