In July we visited Moviflor in Potimao to purchase a lounge unit, the price was 760 euros. We arranged delivery for September 15th and organised flights for 14th.
Did they arrive on 15th ? No!, 16th? No!, 17th, 18th, 19th? No!!

After continued visits and phone calls, they offered us another delivery date, 3rd October, I couldn't believe it, we then discussed a possible refund, Moviflor then assured us that the unit would be at our apartment on Thurs 20th at about 4:00. They arrived at 5:30 and didn't leave until 8:55.

I don't know what experiences other people have had with Moviflor, but I would just like to say that I certainly won't be going back to them again.

We've bought light fittings from them, but we didn't need them to be delivered, so didn't have any problem.

So Moviflor are no different to B GAS, any electricity company, plumber, parcel company etc

From our experience with Conforama , EDP and afew others in Portugal we have found them to be far more relaible than their UK counterparts.

I bought a bedroom from them years ago. When they delivered it half was missing so they had to come back. When they turned up a week later the draws were STILL missing, back they came. Finally everything was delivered and put together. As the bay was putting the back on the wardrobe he put a hammet through leaving a huge hole, I'm still waiting for them to replace it
