Terrace Railings

We have noticed that quite a few private owners on Monte Dourado are having railing/stairs fitted onto their apartment roofs (upper floor only of course). Can anyone give an idea of how much this costs and the company/s that do the work.

Steve Clarke at Algarve Steelworks 289 366 071 or 962 709 550 but they may have gone upmarket. I think they build steel framed house now
