Not that anyone is letting out their property at the moment as they can't get a licence but if you were - should we get some form of public liability insurance on top of the usual building/content policy?

Ours is incorporated with the buildings and contents with Lusitania, yours maybe as well! Have a look. Re the license, we have not got the license yet because they have not come round to have a look! The application was filed about June last year. This has not stopped us renting and it shouldn't to anyone that has the application in. Might be iffy otherwise.
