Swimming Pool – Reinstatement Insurance

Does anyone have any suggestion how much insurance cover I should have to reinstate a 4.5m x 9.0m pool? (Excluding equipment – heat-pump, pump, filter etc.)

I would put it at around 30.000 euros, as this is an average cost for a new pool.
