Looking for a small office with internet access in Carvoeiro

We are two guys from the Netherlands and we'll come over to Carvoeiro at the end of October. We'll stay in the apartment of my parents for a couple of months. We've started our own small company which we manage mostly through the internet. We are looking for possibilities to expand our services to Portugal and we both want to learn Portuguese.

There's no internet connection in the apartment and we are looking for a small place where we can drop our computers and get access to the internet. I wondered if someone can help us out with this ?

We can't pay to much rent but we're both very into computers, the internet and graphical design so maybe we can help someone out with these issues? Maybe by building a website, creating a logo, or something like that.

I hope anyobody can help us out, or maybe somebody knows someone who can help us out ?
