Your thoughts on my FAQs

Sarah-UK, I am flattered that your first ever post on this forum is to praise the FAQs.

I am not a local so I can't really add these to FAQ. However, I am not sure where I'd place them if any locals send me any. Where would you, as a new-comer, expect to see them?

To be honest I was suprised that it wasn't a question asked so frequently as to annoy all of you who post here! Hence my looking in the FAQ section. Obviously everyone has different opinions so it would be extremely difficult to write a concise list, but maybe you could do a poll and make a sticky or something of the results?

And I do apologise, I didn't mean to exclude non-residents opinions! I need to think more before I type

You'll be the first to do so if you do!

Favourite places are very personal. We all like different things. Compiling a list would more than likely included all the places and locations already in FAQ. However, you suggest a poll . . . so why not have a go yourself? They're easy to set up and it'll help introduce you to the other members.

ps. Do you know anywhere that we can buy larger than the average door size as we wish to buy one for a present

Yep TB Modelo in Silves is open 9am to 10pm Monday to Sunday and Lidl 9am to 9pm Monday to Sunday and I also believe Xmas day and Worker's Day to be the only 2 days of the year it closes.
