The Black Stove & Entertainment in Carvoeiro
Re: The Black Stove & Entertainment in Carvoeiro
If he wants to look a right tit then fair enough, he lowers the tone...but hey live and let live.My problem with him is that he was arseing about when a "proper" act was on....oh and did I mention he lowers the tone

Absolute nonsense - it's typical summer 'madness' - you need to get out moreCM wrote:oh and did I mention he lowers the tone

never talk to anybody who thinks that their opinion is fact......I do think he lowers the tone but that was not my beef with him and if you read my posts again you will get my drift

Regardless - it's much ado about nothing

Good grief CM, then you should have seen him at Carnival about 10 years ago!
Re: The Black Stove & Entertainment in Carvoeiro
I did! and if he keeps himself to herself and does not ruin "proper" acts then fine

Re: The Black Stove & Entertainment in Carvoeiro
He has changed his 'presentation' many times over the years.
He used to hang about in the 'old' square dressed up in a check jacket and bow-tie - and dancing on his own to the music. I haven't seen him for some time but caught sight of him on Saturday as mentioned. He's harmless - if not a little 'barking' - but doing nobody any harm

Funny that - I thought it had and was another of Ellie's pseudonyms
Re: The Black Stove & Entertainment in Carvoeiro
So has the custom in The Black Stove got any better. Did they get a music License. I thought when ther opened that at a certain time they just close the door and the music continues. 1 day to go
Re: The Black Stove & Entertainment in Carvoeiro
We intended to go in on Saturday but the noise level was so high inside that it hurt the childrens ears and there was no vacant seating outside - so no business from our family.
