On the other hand, short of revolution (didn't Portugal have one of those?), you could learn to bend the rules of the system just enough to get by, and everyone would understand that was the way things work.....as long as you don't go too far.

But Cowboy..........you and I and anybody with a brain cell knows perfectly well that give some an inch and they will take the yard.......and hopefully, the same will take a piece of rope...........................and ......themselves.
