Iberian Wolf Appeal --update
oh yes ms elley, hitler was what they call your "free ranging" wolf, and adapted to the envorment quite well..extending his "range" across most of europe and a good part of russia....but due to his inablity to swim, he never migrated to england... however, the enviormet changed suddenly, and his territory deminished to the point that he is now extinct....and so it goes......cowboy.

Wolf territory
Cowboy-what an interesting angle of Adolph the wolf--and Im sure glad that species died out!
But now I feel bad at calling W J S a wolf by his first name--actually Im pretty sure hes just a "sweet William" really .
Do'you think I hurt his feelings Coop?

No problem Ellie, I've been called names a lot worst than that.Ellie wrote:Cowboy-what an interesting angle of Adolph the wolf--and Im sure glad that species died out!

bom dia ms elley,...you know, it dawned on me that we may have hurt jeff's feelings without meaning to do anything of the kind...concider this..he comes back all nice and everything..and we say "that's nice, but we liked you better the other way"...that's gotta hurt... back in the 70's there was a hooker here in austin who was known by all and loved by many...she found god and virtue all in the same day...became a born again virgin... started preaching the the virtues of virtue..in the church, in the bars and on the streets....and everywhere she went people would say, "yes, your nice, but we liked you better the other way"...

Hi people
I have returned and spent ages looking for where I could slip back in almost unnoticed, after respeonding to poor Sarah as no-one else had I though I would slip in here in "Wolves" as this topic did give me an honary mention in my absence.
Now Jeff, having given you such a welcome, I am embarressed that I had not made the link to WJS but at least you have become a member with a new persona, although you do know how I like to get embroiled in disagreements. I will tell you about Sivota (the other place that keeps drawing me back -after I have caught my breath - i.e. done a fortnights' worth of holiday washing)
Ellie, Skiathos was brill, had a great time, loads of laughs and I managed quite a bit of "safe innuendo" too
I also see that dear Mr Crane managed to get in a little pop at me under the food section and he knew that I wouldn't be here to defend myself - oh well. Building a fan club too - well there are twenty new innocents on the member list since I went.
Cowboy, Ranger, had expected to come back and see loads of posts from our charming "guest" and was relying on you guys to beat him/her off in my absence - throughly disappointed that appear to be maybe only one or two - cannot even be sure they are from him/her
Anyway as this post isn't really about Carvoeiro or Wolves for that matter (well maybe one or two
) I had better sign off for the mo before I am blackballed
