Have to say Im not that experienced with PT banks - I just send money from the UK to my local account and my wife spends it !

I am still UK resident for tax (but through technical interptretation of the "status" of my work rather than number of days per year which I think is marginal either way) so my income (already taxed) is simply part transferred to PT to be wasted (sorry - I mean "spent wisely") at the Algarve Shopping.

On that basis bearing in mind the clearer picture from biffa - seems not to be a problem for me ???
