Car Hire

We've hired a Focus estate (with air con - a MUST HAVE in this heat)through Algarvedriver (this week and last week) absolutely fine - wasn't the cheapest quote originally but Steen agreed to match the price of the other company. We paid approx 650 euros - can't remeber exact price (were originally quoted 800 euros)

Picked up the car from the airport carpark and have to return it there on Friday

Would definitely use again.

EErrrr...I'm very confused now...but I'm a very confused sort of Chappy.....OK ..so Its Elle 1 and the Carvoeiro Sol is right smack bang in the middle of the Square...look at the Web Camm...and its a few yards to the right.OH why am I confused ....why would anybody pay 680 Euro for a small A/C car....Thats £460 for 15 days or £31 per day...but everybody and his dog can get it for under half that price.have I missed something???...I dont think so as I'm dropping a similar car back tomorrow and I actualy paid (For my 21 year old Daughter £13 a day...
Air Con and all...?? Oh well ..have a great time....
ps..Bit of an action replay...I just went back to UK for £17.5 + £9 Tax..and the Guy nxt to me was Grumpy when we got to talk and he paid over £80...Shop around I think is the moral to this story./..

I said 650 euros not 680 and an ESTATE dosn't come into the same group as a small car - I DID shop around !!

Also if I looked at the web cam then a few yards to the right would be the chemists and Sullys wouldn't it

Only trying to help .....but honestly it is pretty expensive for even that group of car...Don't get Grumpy now...!!!...........and Slo ...are well after a few cool beers at midnight overlooking the sea ...my Sol became a Slo....sorry about that..

I got a Focus Estate with a/c for £175 for 1 week this June from Algarvedriver and I thought that was peak season rates too.
Its about a group F or G hire. That was the best price I could find anywhere.
