villa managment
Re: villa managment
Easy Jet , We book up months ahead as soon as the flights are on sale and we are fortunate in being able to pick the days we fly so that we get the best prices.

I have no axe to grind at all but Jorge de Lagos went out of business about 20 years ago so I don't think what happened to him in the last big property "slump", or what he did, should reflect on his offspring.

I have current dealings with them - they are all in it together. The old saying applies "there's no smoke without fire" should be borne in mind - so tread very carefully if you go down that road.biffa wrote:should reflect on his offspring
I know its been said over and over again - but doing your due diligence by speaking to and meeting a wide range of the prospective supplier's clients is the only way you are going to get peace of mind when you eventually decide on your preferred management company. By all means take the leads given on here - but please do not make your decision based on a written reply or recommendation to a forum response. It will end in tears if you take a shortcut

I agree and I'm only talking about Jorge, not his offsprings, I wish them well in their business and I would think they have some form of cross to bear which can make life difficult at times. My point was that Jorge hurt a lot of innocent people by whatever means, I would imagine he's a charming guy socially, they always are. I'll say no more on the subject.biffa wrote:I have no axe to grind at all but Jorge de Lagos went out of business about 20 years ago so I don't think what happened to him in the last big property "slump", or what he did, should reflect on his offspring.
