Restaurante Colina - is it open?

We are returning to Carvoeiro in February for the third time in five years - Colina Village is undergoing renovations this winter, so we're staying at Colina da Lapa instead.
But we want to know if Nuno's restaurant in the Village, Restaurante Colina, is open this winter. Does anybody know? We always eat there a few times each visit and would want to eat there again - or follow Nuno to wherever he is.
