Between O Patio & the tourist office

Has this new restaurant opened yet? Looks like they were well on their way last September, complet with baby cannon on the roof . If so what actually will it be, restaurant,cafe,bar?

Apparently it is going to be, a cocktail bar, lite meals (as in healthy) and ice cream parlour.
According to a friend who has been inside, its really deceptive and is much bigger than it looks, the kitchens are under the ground and go on for ages.
Its supposed to open at the end of April.
You probably know that it is owned by the same person as O Patio and the other two places next to it.

It's going to be called 'Fooks' and yes it is owned by Jan Zeggers - the owner of O Patio, Martins Grill et al.
