Shh Restaurant in Silves

I know this is a mistake and i will never be able to get a reservation ever again because it will be full, but.... O Caso (think thats it) on the main street overlooking the river, near all the fish restaurants.
Its on a corner and is tiny with lots of brown wood. The food is excellent and the chef cooks to order from a kitchen totally on view.

There are not many tables, and steaks ,lamb and veal stew plus tapas and lovely deserts are their specialities. They also have fado twice a week in winter, and a 'Jam' session for anyone to join once a week.

There was only one waitress but she was brilliant and the prices were very reasonable too.

OK then......now 2 of us know about this place

I think the waitress is the chef/owners daughter.
