Thats interesting lazerblazer.....we eat at the Fatacil last year and had some tough fatty duck.....went to Escondidinho's on monday, first day back, lovely pork casserole etc and still 9.5€ incl wines etc. Still the best value, and pretty full.

I agree Geoff, the Ritz is the place for a good, cheap meal. We do like the odd lunch with the locals though. Last year, we went to a cafe on a retail/industrial estate this side of Lagos and had a lovely lunch.
