cafes/restuarants less expensive range needed please

Troppo is on the way to Lagoa, the last building in CVO, near the Motorent. It's worth going there, I loved it. Good service and the rooms are cosy and well decorated. They have smoking and no smoking areas!!

Having just returned from a few wonderfully sunny days in CVO, I needed to go various places in Lagoa (architects for pool licence, Cozequipa etc) and stopped every day for a coffee in the little cafe in Lagoa called Quiosque de 5 Outubro. I loved it's simple local feel (and the prices were so different from CVO, places nearer the sea etc) and they do some food too.
