If you are looking for somewhere to eat on your way home from Algarve Shopping, this restaurant just outside Guia on the road to the Guia Apolonia is well worth a try.
For € 9.90 there is an extensive lunch-time cold buffet including smoked salmon, prawns, mussels, cold meats plus hot soup, hot meat and hot fish dish. You can help yourself with no limit to visits and wine, bread, olives, garlic bread and coffee are all included. Home made desserts are €4 extra. Evening dinner is a la carte at € 19.90.
We found it almost by accident but were most impressed and will certainly be back.
We did not see the Avo (grand parents) but it has the feel of a traditional family run business.
