It is at the top end of the " out Road ". usually easier to park up there as well.

Is it the one on the right at the junction?

No it is the one on the left as you are nearly to the end of the out road.

Bob, if you take the out road towards Lagoa the "garden" restaurant with now defunct palm tree is on your left before before the last lot of shops etc at the juncton with the "in road"

The sushi it seems is being served in the Pensão part of the Mistral which is on the "in road" just before Millenium bank on the left.

I have now been to the Mistral sushi at lunch time. Wow! This is good! The chef is reputed to be a sushi master and sure knows his way around things. He is in fact from Nepal I understand. They are presently doing a 10 course sushi "taster" introduction (12 course at night) This is far too much to eat but totally delicious!

They will open the garden this year as a grill and may move the sushi section down there for summer if it works better that way.

If you like sushi and have 90 minutes + for lunch - give it a go!

Its a shame he left to go back to Turkey as Mistrals was a real jem. I loved all the Brazillian music and everyone there. The food was superb and all in all great fun place.
As a Sushi bar, I am not sure.
I quite like sushi, but unless I can find someone to go with, it will be a place we no longer visit, as my husband is not into sushi etc.
However, I wish it good luck and am sure it will thrive with the current trends.

They say they will continue with the grill down in the garden. The sushi is up top at present in the restaurant and they may have a small sushi section obly down below in the summer.

Yep...
Biffa is quiet wright ! With this Nice Spring weather , it's impossible to open a Terrace Restaurant... That's the reason Mistral is (for now) just open on the road that goes In Carvoeiro...
And there's "the Affordable Good Japanese food..."
