Adega São Roque, it's in the baixa (I think), go up the escadaria do duque and it's at the top on the left, or if you stand in front of São Roque church it's behind you. Not very good instructions, but great food!!

I think the sea food one I went to some years ago was called Gambrinus - amazing but pretty expensive.

Hello taxman
I would like to recommend an evening at Club de Fado which is located in the Alfama district at
Rua S Joao da Praca,94
1100-521.
We spent one of the most enjoyable evenings that we have ever spent when we visited last year both the food and music are sublime and the atmosphere is wonderful.
You can get there on either the number 12 or 28 tramcars.
We are going to Lisbon again next March and have found an apartment close by so we can revisit.
Regards
Paul

Some of the "best" are Bica do Sapato on the waterfront, Alcantara Café, Restaurant 11, Pap'Açorda - get your cheque book out though!!!
