Rebuilding costs for insurance

Does anyone have a good source for getting an accurate estimate for rebuilding costs for insurance purposes? My current cover is for about €800 a square meter for a four bed detached villa plus €27k to reinstate the 4.5m x 9m pool. This doesn't seem to be a million miles out but it would be nice to have some confirmation.

Best formula is floor area times €1,000/m2 rebuild costs times 1.333 architects etc fees plus allowance for pool.

The rebuild costs published by the Min of Environment here in October 2005 shoiwed 3 different values for different parts of the country.

For the Algarve it was set at €596,62 a sq. metre. Most builders would charge from €650 sq. mt + IVA to build a house depending on finish of course.
