Public Notaries takeover

if PT is being taken over...wonder if some rich firm could takeover all the privatised notary offices..then move them to china where it can be done cheaper...also all telephone enquiries for camaras could be moved and done in Goa (ex portuguese colony) ...saving loads of money for tax payers.

and licence applications can be done in Macao...saving time and money for all who want to open business here.

well why not???
