Been here once before and have fallen for the place.

Looking to buy a property in the area and wondering if anyone knows of any properties in the 100,000e to 150,000e market??

Thanks for the advice but not too keen on Spain at the mo'

Would stretch to 200,000 but not much more. Have looked at some of the property pages in the Algarve and there are places for less than 200k.

Really looking for something in CVO, so if somebody knows something

balrog,

What kind of property are you looking for? A house, an apartment, in town or a bit out of it?

Hi balrog, theres a few bits and bobs in "the portugal news" that might send you in the right direction, at least some of the prices seem on track.but look if nobody minds could i just recomend a woman called jenny wright who runs an agency called "three fountains" in loule, she was the only one of all the agents that we contacted that actualy took on board our wants and our budget and spent over a year sending us only the details that matched same.We bought from them and 3 years later their still helping us out .You cant go to far wrong by getting in touch.

Sorry - my mistake. We have a property to sell in Carvoeiro, but probably not what you are looking for.

Ask the agents for anyone that needs to sell cash. I know of a town house going through at the moment for £120,000! 3 bed as well but no pool. Mike

Hi Balrog, I too don't want to put a damper on things but do you think after only one visit it is wise to decide to buy a place?

Try DSI agents near the Junta Freguesia on road heading out of town. They are agents for Monte Dourada and are selling below the 200k mark for fully furnished places there.
