Long Term Rental

Post by John1 »

I've had no response to my posting on the 18th January 2005 requesting a T2 for 12 months rental. It seems really difficult to get a long term rental privately. Does anyone know of any real estate companies that deal with rentals in this area? Would appreciate any information or assistance as need to get out of the apartment I'm currently in by March at the latest.Thankyou.

There was a reply to your first posting - a question about when you needed a place from - no answer to that - I assume the poster thought you were sorted.

It is very difficult to get long lets here, particularly starting in Spring as most places will already have rentals booked for the summer.

I am involved in real estate and rentals and don't know of any agents who specialise in long lets - especially in Carvoeiro.

I would think the best thing would be to have a look in the 123 or Algarve Resident as some owners advertise long term lets in both publications.

Good luck

Thank you for the advice. I have been scouring the 123 & The Resident but to no avail as yet. Will keep looking.
Thanks,

Hi John

Have you tried the Lagoa Gazette. Some frriends just found long term T1 (large) in CV centre for 350/month.

Maybe there's more
